Refund policy

Return Period

London Brook accepts returns for 30 days after delivery. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed, retain their original tags and packaging. They must be sent together with the order number or another proof of purchase.

Items Not Accepted for Return

Gift cards are final sale.

Starting a Return

Email sales@londonbrook.com with the order number, the item and the reason you are returning it. Once we have confirmed that the item qualifies, we send the return address and instructions, generally within one business day. Returns posted without this confirmation may not be accepted.

Return Postage

Postage for returns is paid by the customer. London Brook does not charge a restocking fee.

Exchanges

We can exchange an item for the same style in an alternative size or color. Submit a return request and name the replacement required; it is shipped once the original has been received.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Should any item be delivered damaged or defective, or differ from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with the order number and photos, and we will correct the problem.

Cancelling an Order

Orders may be cancelled before processing starts, so we ask that you get in touch as quickly as possible. Orders already dispatched may be returned under this policy once they arrive.

Refund Processing

Every returned item is examined on receipt, and the outcome is confirmed by email. Approved refunds are made to the payment method used for the order within 10 business days. If you do not see the refund after that time, please get in touch.
