Track Your Order

Each London Brook parcel is shipped with tracking. We send the tracking number by email on the day the order is dispatched.

Delivery progress can be followed via the link in the dispatch email, or through the Order Tracking page. Should the email be missing, or the status remain unchanged for several days, please write to us quoting the order number so that we can investigate.
